Starting the Journey: Strategies to Cope

This drop-in support group is an education and gentle exercise program for people who have been diagnosed with cancer in the past six months. Discussion topics for the meetings include empowerment through information, navigating the medical maze, communicating with the medical team, family and friends, and nutrition. All discussion topics are followed by an hour of gentle movement.
