Virtual CASA Informational Session
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Would you like to significantly impact the life of a dependent, abused or neglected child in Cuyahoga County and help them find a safe and permanent home? A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a trained community volunteer appointed by the Juvenile Court to represent the best interests of an abused or neglected child.

CASA volunteers 1) are at least 21 years old; 2) pass a background check; 3) participate in preservice training; 4) make a two-year time commitment (10-12 hours monthly); 5) communicate effectively orally and in writing; and 6) investigate, advocate, facilitate, and monitor.

Join Child and Family Advocates of Cuyahoga County for an Online CASA Information Session via Zoom on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. We will have an engaging slide/video presentation and there will be time for Q&A with our CASA Volunteer Coordinators and a veteran CASA who will be able to answer questions that you may have about this unique volunteer role.
