The Euclid City Schools Child Development Center opened in 1978 serving the community of Euclid and surrounding areas. The school, located at 21331 Wilmore Avenue in the former Benjamin Franklin Elementary School, accepts students 2 ½ to 5 years old in the part and full time preschool program, and students 5 to 12 years old in the before and after school program. The Euclid City School district provides transportation for our school-age program. Euclid residency is required for the school age program.
The Child Development Center is licensed under the Ohio Department of Education and the preschool curriculum is aligned to the Early Learning Content Standards. The center accepts private tuition payments as well as Cuyahoga County child care vouchers.
