Local chef wins Cleveland Garlic Festival

Local chef Jeremy Esterle, currently working his magic at Paragon on Lakeshore, is the winner of the 2011 Cleveland Garlic Festival. His dish of grass fed sirloin with pickled garlic coleslaw, roasted garlic mayo, and potato salad with coconut, ginger and garlic was judged to be the best overall submission. The Garlic Festival,  held in Shaker Heights, had a renown panel of judges including Loretta Paganini.
