Let's Get Really Honest

Claire is a laid back Morgan Cross country girl from Western Colorado, she is 21 this year.

I am Natalie-Jo  Flynn Founder and CEO of Move That Mountain Health & Life Coaching.  It is my mission to spark curiosity towards wellness in our community and inspire you to beome the CEO of your health and wellness.

Lets Get Really Honest, In case you haven’t noticed, this country is in a health crisis, Who is in charge of your healthcare?

You are doing everything to eat a low-fat diet, working out, and still not losing weight? Still stressed, tired and moody!

It is possible that you are merely burning off sugar and not burning your fat?  Now you’re saying, “But I don’t eat sugar”! Then what ARE you eating?

Most people will say what they think I want to hear and that doesn’t do us any good.

Honesty with health and wellness is not always easy.

We are afraid to show we are not doing what we planned or what we said we would, or we will say we don’t not care to hide that we feel like we have failed, when in fact we really didn’t try!

We want to believe that we will change miraculously by wanting, waiting and wishing. Sound familiar?

To truly have great results in your health journey you must do the work.

1.   Be honest about what you are eating, hiding it does not mean it did not go down the hatch!

2.   Keep a Food diary.

3.   Learn where your sugar, Fiber, fat, and protein are and get the right amounts in your meals.

4.   MOVE YO SELF!  don’t let Siri or Google home or Alexa do the work, YOU GOTTA get up and turn off that light! MOVE it Or LOSE IT!

5.   Stop eating those foods you already know make you bloated, tired and give you indigestion.

6.  Stop skipping breakfast

7.  Drink more water except with meals

8.  Calorie counting causes stress, just eat more of the fresh veggies and fruits, nuts and good fats.

9.  Weening off sugars, cold turkey is not sustainable for most people.

10. Take advantage  of a free consultation with Me, Natalie,  a Health Coach and Wellness advocate, to help you see how you will get unstuck.

You got nothing to lose but time by not getting Really Honest with the number one person in your life, YOU!

I am Natalie-Jo, a Personal Transformational Health and wellness Coach.
A Health Coach is a master of habit change, an advocate for living a healthy, happy lifestyle, a teacher of transformation, and an accountability partner to keep clients striving to reach their ultimate goal.

A Health Coach does not prescribe medicine or take the place of a medical professional, they are the motivators to push the client toward lasting results and lifestyle change using holistic and natural methods.

A Health Coach sets attainable goals for their clients, suggests alternative ways to cope with setbacks, and supports their clients in the unmasking of the true meaning behind behaviors - unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. A Health Coach firmly believes that change cannot occur without accountability and sustained motivation, thus the important role of a Health Coach.

I've had 23 years in medicine and have taken a path that is best for those I serve. My mission is to Share my Passion and knowledge, strengths and experiences to connect people with their will to be well. Its easier to stay well that to get well, I guide, advocate, teach and support our community the best way I know how and I keep learning an improving myself in order to be my best for others.
