Fr. Joe Fortuna Named Administrator Pro Tem for St Jerome Parish

A friend of Fr. Joe's, Fr. Bill Jerse is the Pastor at St Jerome Parish.  Since Fr. Bill has been experiencing some health issues, effective June 16, Fr Joe has been asked to step in as Administrator Pro Tem to keep St. Jeromes vibrant while Fr. Bill regains his health.  Fr. Joe has met with the wonderful parish staff at St. Jeromes and is busy getting to know the parishioners there.

As he will still remain Pastor of Our Lady of the Lake Parish, Fr. Joe will spend some time at both parishes in the near future.  Fr. Joe and Fr. Bill were classmates at St. Mary Seminary and both celebrated their 40th Anniversary of Ordination this year. We wish Fr. Bill Jerse a timely return to good health.
