Welcome Rachel Bevel New Features Editor

The Observer is proud to announce that we have a new member on our team. She will be submitting feature stories beginning this month with the first of a three part series on Covid's effect on the Opiod crisis.

Rachel Bevel is a freelance writer and content creator. She graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a B.A. in English. She resides in Euclid with her husband and two kiddos. Rachel loves the outdoors and hopes to publish a children's book.
